A Collaborative Approach to Custom Paintings

We’ll work together to create a custom oil painting that fits naturally into your space. The process starts by pulling inspiration from your environment, your preferences, and elements from my past work. Whether you're looking to capture a meaningful memory or highlight a subject that speaks to you, I’ll begin with a rough sketch to map out the direction of the piece. This ensures we're on the same page before I move forward with the final painting.

Interested in a custom oil painting?

Here’s how it works:

Initial Inquiry
Reach out through the contact form or email with a brief description of what you’re looking for — subject matter, size, timeline, and any reference images or inspiration.

Consultation
We’ll discuss your vision in more detail. This includes your personal style, the space the painting will live in, and any specific elements you’d like included. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the process, materials, or pricing.

Proposal & Quote
Based on our conversation, I’ll provide a quote, timeline, and a summary of the project details. A 50% deposit is required to begin.

Concept Sketch
Before starting the final painting, I’ll create a rough sketch or mock-up to confirm the direction. You’ll have a chance to review and request any changes.

Painting the Final Piece
Once the concept is approved, I’ll begin the oil painting. Progress updates can be shared along the way, if requested.

Final Approval & Delivery
When the piece is complete, I’ll send a photo for your approval. Once the final balance is paid, your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped to you (or available for local pickup if applicable).
