How are your paintings created:

With all my paintings, I start with a sketch to help me understand the subject and organize my layout. Then I draw directly onto my canvas or wood panel with artist-grade pencil. The pencil is sometimes covered in the final artwork, but often it is used to create more texture and depth in the artwork. After sketching on my substrate, I will spray it with a fixative that allows me to cover the surface with my underpainting layer. From there I establish the lights and darks of the painting and begin to build the artwork. I use artist-grade oil paints and do my best to keep my practices as environmentally friendly as possible.

How long does shipping take?

Prints:

Please expect 2-3 weeks as my art prints are produced on demand. That means your print is made especially for you after you order. Each order is prepared by hand. Please allow 5–10 business days for me to carefully package and ship your prints. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer — if so, I’ll keep you updated along the way.

All orders will have a tracking number.

Original Artworks:

Original artworks are wrapped, padded, and boxed carefully to protect them during transit.
Whenever possible, I reuse or recycle shipping materials to reduce environmental impact.

In Canada, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. International shipping delivery times vary depending on your country and local postal service, generally 2–4 weeks.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

How do I order a larger print that is not offered on the website?

Thank you so much for supporting my artwork! Every order means a lot to me, and I take great care in preparing and packaging each piece so it arrives safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

Each order is prepared by hand. Please allow 5–10 business days for me to carefully package and ship your artwork. To minimize waste and storage needs, my art prints are produced on demand. That means your print is made especially for you after you order — no mass production, no leftover stock.

My print partner uses museum-quality materials and sustainable packaging whenever possible, ensuring each piece looks beautiful and lasts a lifetime. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer — if so, I’ll keep you updated along the way.

Shipping Costs

As an independent artist, I’m not able to offer free shipping at this time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of the package. I always do my best to find reliable and affordable shipping options.

Shipping Within Canada

All orders ship from Vancouver, BC, usually through Canada Post.
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping

I’m happy to ship worldwide!
Delivery times vary depending on your country and local postal service — generally 2–4 weeks.
Please note: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Packaging & Handling

Your artwork will be packaged securely and with care:

Prints are shipped flat or rolled in sturdy tubes.
Original artworks are wrapped, padded, and boxed carefully to protect them during transit.
Whenever possible, I reuse or recycle shipping materials to reduce environmental impact.

Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order — I can’t be responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
I’ll work with you to find the best solution — whether that’s a replacement (for prints) or assistance with a postal claim (for originals).
Unfortunately, I can’t be responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.

Local Pickup

If you’re near Vancouver, BC, I’d be happy to arrange a local pickup to save on shipping costs. Just reach out before placing your order so we can coordinate.

Return Policy

As an independent artist, I want you to be completely happy with your artwork. Every piece I create or print is made with care and attention, and your satisfaction means everything to me.

That’s why I offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If, within 14 days of receiving your order, you’re not entirely satisfied, please reach out to me to arrange a return. Once I’ve received the item in its original condition and packaging, I’ll issue a refund in accordance with the conditions below.

Please note the following:

The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to items returned in their original condition and packaging.
This policy does not apply to Final-Sale items, Oversized Prints, Custom or Personalized Orders, Original Paintings, or Gift Cards.
Return shipments should be sent via FedEx unless otherwise agreed upon. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any related costs.
