Thank you so much for supporting my artwork! Every order means a lot to me, and I take great care in preparing and packaging each piece so it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Each order is prepared by hand. Please allow 5–10 business days for me to carefully package and ship your artwork. To minimize waste and storage needs, my art prints are produced on demand. That means your print is made especially for you after you order — no mass production, no leftover stock.
My print partner uses museum-quality materials and sustainable packaging whenever possible, ensuring each piece looks beautiful and lasts a lifetime.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer — if so, I’ll keep you updated along the way.
Shipping Costs
As an independent artist, I’m not able to offer free shipping at this time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of the package. I always do my best to find reliable and affordable shipping options.Shipping Within Canada
All orders ship from Vancouver, BC, usually through Canada Post.
Delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.International Shipping

Your artwork will be packaged securely and with care:

Prints are shipped flat or rolled in sturdy tubes.

Original artworks are wrapped, padded, and boxed carefully to protect them during transit.
Whenever possible, I reuse or recycle shipping materials to reduce environmental impact.
Tracking & Delivery
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order — I can’t be responsible for items lost due to an incorrect address.Damaged or Lost Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
I’ll work with you to find the best solution — whether that’s a replacement (for prints) or assistance with a postal claim (for originals).
Unfortunately, I can’t be responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received.Local Pickup

As an independent artist, I want you to be completely happy with your artwork. Every piece I create or print is made with care and attention, and your satisfaction means everything to me.
That’s why I offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If, within 14 days of receiving your order, you’re not entirely satisfied, please reach out to me to arrange a return. Once I’ve received the item in its original condition and packaging, I’ll issue a refund in accordance with the conditions below.
